  • Assisting owners, tenants, agents and other stakeholders with general enquiries.

  • Issuing proactive communications and updates to owners, tenants and other stakeholders.

  • Coordinating access device orders.

  • Coordinating bookings for the use of bookable amenities.

  • Coordinating bookings for residents moving in/out, and delivery/removal of furniture and bulky items.

  • Maintaining the strata roll; keeping owner, tenant, agent and mortgage details up to date.

  • Updating the strata roll upon change of ownership and issuing welcome communications to new owners/residents.

  • Maintaining and recording correspondence and notices in compliance with legislation.

  • Maintaining custody of the common seal, where applicable.
