Emerson Raine was founded to deliver industry leading strata management solutions by utilising technology and working smarter to provide efficient and accurate administrative services whilst our experienced staff provide proactive guidance, advice and managerial functions for our clients.

A different approach to strata management!


Our team is uniquely structured so that each member performs a specialised role in the areas of Accounts/Finance, Administration, Strata/Relationship Management, Maintenance Management and Compliance.


We have found that the traditional strata management model where one person ‘wears all hats’ leads to many of the most common strata management failures. The strata manager is often spread too thin, is unable to build up a strong level of expertise in any particular part of the role and is consistently battling competing priorities – stretched between preparing an Annual General Meeting agenda and organising roof leak repairs. This is often a fundamental cause of the common complaint that ‘nothing ever gets done’.


Our specialised approach means our clients are being serviced by a team of professionals who are experts in their area and can be focussed on the priorities at hand.
