• Overseeing all aspects of the strata scheme’s management to ensure all activities remain on-track.

• Providing support and guidance to the council to assist them in fulfilling their obligations.

• Assisting the council and owners with problem solving and identification of solutions to matters that arise.

• Where requested, preparing council meeting documentation and attending meetings.

• Preparing general meeting and voting documentation.

• Attending and if requested, chairing general meetings.
