Alex Tiede  

Alex has progressed his career in property and associated industries for over 15 years. During this time he has held senior sales and management roles in the established residential sector with one of Australia's leading real estate brands, and has also worked extensively with numerous leading apartment projects in Perth and on the eastern seaboard for one of Perth's largest project marketers.

Throughout his career, being involved in the planning and sale of new apartment projects gave Alex an insight into what people were looking and hoping for when choosing a strata property to either invest or live in. This motivates him to ensure that our clients continue to experience the best that strata living has to offer.

Having completed an MBA and Diploma in Real Estate Services, Alex enjoys combining his vast and varied property experience with the business management tools he has learned.

When Alex’s wife, Kara, created her own Strata Management business in 2019 (Strata Life WA), Alex quickly turned his focus to specialise in Strata Management and join what became their family business. Building the business from the ground up alongside a seasoned strata professional provided intensive experience for Alex in all aspects of Strata Management.

Alex enjoys helping our clients to take a strategic and holistic approach to the management of their strata scheme by going beyond the basic, routine functions to help them find ways to maximise the value of their property and protect the safety of their investment.
 
In his spare time, Alex enjoys surfing, golfing and home improvement projects.
