Alisha Garrod

With a background in Operation Management and Human Resource Management across a component of eighteen dental practices for more than 20 years, Alisha has specialised in talent acquisition and organisational development. A results-oriented, professional specializing in recruitment and employee / business development, Alisha has successfully sourced and placed top-tier candidates across various industries, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and conducting comprehensive interviews. Additionally, she has designed and implemented training programs that enhance employee performance and engagement.

 

Known for her strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport, Alisha feels positive and proactive relationships are imperative, and her aim is to synergise the strengths of staff and Emerson Raine to offer our customers operational effectiveness.

 

Owning property in a Strata Scheme for many years, Alisha was already very experienced in strata titles management before commencing employment in the industry 2019. Exposure to the meetings, roles of the council of owners and the day-to-day aspects of a Strata Community provided Alisha with a strong foundation of technical and practical knowledge.

 

Alisha holds a double major bachelor’s degree in law in Business and Human Resource Management, this university degree plus previous experience in her work roles has built skills in development and successful management of organisations, plus a passion for creating strong communication and relationship management. This reflects perfectly in the Strata Industry as the skills of communication, support and organisation are utilised every day. 

 

Outside of work Alisha enjoys being active with her family in outdoor activities, hiking, running and socialising with friends.
