Bianca Pinzone

Born and raised in the South West, Bianca began her strata career in 2018 in our Bunbury office as a receptionist and has experience in almost every role within the strata management industry, including administration, accounts, assistant strata manager and strata manager. This experience has given Bianca a unique perspective and in depth understanding in all aspects of strata management.

 

Almost 6 years later, Bianca is now based in our Subiaco office where she is a strata manager focusing on large schemes based in the Perth/Metro region. Bianca specializes in open communication with her clients, ensuring that they have sufficient information to make informed decisions regarding their investments. Bianca understands the value behind your investment and the importance of ensuring it is well maintained and managed in accordance with the requirements under the Strata Titles Act and Strata Titles General Regulations.

 

Bianca has a Certificate III in Business, Certificate IV in Business, Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and a Certificate III in Accounts Administration. Additionally, she has received multiple industry awards from the Strata Community Association, including:

• Finalist Strata Community Manager 2023

 

Bianca’s passion for the strata management industry extends past her work ethic and industry knowledge, she is also a Level 2 CSCM Certified Strata Community Manager with the Strata Community Association and is an advocate for professional development in the strata management industry.
