Carol has accumulated over 24 years of experience in the Strata Industry, demonstrating extensive proficiency in managing a diverse range of Strata Schemes including residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes. With a strong commitment to advancing the Strata Industry, Carol leverages her decades of experience not only to enhance her own professional development through organisations like the Strata Community Association of WA but also to impart her expertise to clients.
She possesses a comprehensive understanding of the Strata Title Act WA and has transitioned from a full-time Strata Manager overseeing more than 90 schemes to a Compliance Manager, providing strategic guidance to colleagues and property owners. Despite her managerial role, Carol remains actively involved in the day-to-day management of Strata Schemes, maintaining a select portfolio of schemes under her care.
