Alisha was introduced to Strata and Emerson Raine by a dear friend. Since then, she has thoroughly enjoyed learning about an industry that is entirely new to her and does not exist back home. Her enthusiasm and adaptability have made her an invaluable asset to the team.
Alisha hails from the United States and has spent most of her adult life immersed in the vibrant culture and fast-paced environment of New York City. With a career spanning customer service, project management, deconstruction, and fine art logistics, she brings a wealth of experience and a versatile skill set to the Emerson Raine team.
In her role at Emerson Raine, Alisha assists the accounts team with a variety of tasks, including handling customer queries, managing billing processes, overseeing the preparation of Section 110 certificates, and facilitating submeter billing. Her dedication to excellence and attention to detail ensures that clients receive the highest level of service and support.
