Kate is originally from New Zealand and has been working in Strata Management for over 10 years, she initially started as an Assistant but quickly found her passion for maintenance management whilst working as a Facilities Manager. During her time looking after properties across Western Australia, Kate has enjoyed helping owners save money by implementing and fine tuning their properties preventative maintenance schedules, to help keep their assets well-maintained and therefore reducing urgent callouts.

In 2017 Kate was the Inaugural winner of the SCA(WA) Support Team Member of the Year Award, and in 2019 she received second place for the SCA(WA) Essay Award.
In her spare time Kate enjoys spending time in the beautiful Perth sunshine, swimming at the beach with her greyhound and going for picnics with her family.
