With a solid foundation in architecture, Sonia’s journey into strata management began in October 2022 when she officially joined the Emerson Raine team. However, her involvement in the field predates her employment, as she spent a year prior providing consultancy services for Strata Management firms including Emerson Raine, gaining invaluable insights and experience along the way.

Sonia’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Architecture, with over 15 years’ experience in the field this provides her with a unique perspective and skill set that enhances her effectiveness in her role and adds immense value to our maintenance team.
